Atomic clocks use the frequency of an atomic oscillator to measure the passage of time, and are the most accurate clocks in existence.  This radio-controlled atomic clock showcases the time, the date, the day of the week, and the temperature.  It synchronizes its time periodically via a radio signal transmission from an atomic clock at NIST laboratories in Boulder, Colorado.
